Effective 2026-07-30
Public website terms
These terms govern the public planning and marketing surface. They do not activate clinical services, create a provider-patient relationship, authorize production use, or replace an executed organization agreement.
1. Scope
By using the public website, you agree to use it lawfully and within these terms. Authenticated workspaces, evaluations, integrations, and future country launches require additional written terms, authority checks, and operational controls.
2. Planning-only information
Public website materials describe product architecture and assurance posture. They are not an availability list, regulatory determination, certification, launch schedule, or promise to offer a feature in any country. Published materials may change as assessment evidence develops. Regional deployment requires separate written terms and recorded authorization.
3. No clinical or emergency service
Public website content is general product information, not diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or emergency dispatch. If you may be experiencing an emergency, contact the emergency service for your current physical location. Do not rely on this website to determine an emergency number or route urgent care.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with the service, evade access controls, or test outside the published security policy;
- submit malicious code, unlawful content, secrets, or another person's sensitive information;
- misrepresent roadmap content as availability, certification, approval, or clinical authority; or
- use public content to make an automated consequential healthcare decision.
5. Evaluations and accounts
Access to an evaluation or account is not guaranteed. Authorized users must protect credentials, act within their organization role, and report suspected compromise. Evaluation data must be synthetic or otherwise explicitly approved for the environment; public contact channels must not receive clinical records.
6. Materials and third parties
MedXLine names and original materials are protected by applicable rights. Links to third-party standards or services are provided for context and do not imply endorsement, control, availability, or incorporation into a production deployment.
7. Risk allocation
The public website is provided for planning and evaluation context. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedXLine does not promise uninterrupted availability or that planning content is suitable for a specific regulated use. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected. Contractual warranties and liability terms, if any, belong in the applicable signed agreement.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will receive a new effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent through the terms contact route. Governing law, dispute forum, and organization-specific terms require a reviewed, executed agreement and are not asserted by this planning-stage public page.
